We stayed in a hotel close to the new commercial area, down a little alley. It took us some time to find it, but it's near Myanmar plaza. our room was equipped with basic amenities, which was good, and it was cleaned every day by polite and friendly housekeeping staff. Breakfast is included, which is a bonus, and there's free Wi-Fi available.

The walls were quite thin, so we could hear noises from the street and other guests quite clearly.

This hotel offers great value for money in a nice area just outside of downtown. The staff is excellent and the rooms have modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail, from the artwork in the lobby to the small touches in the bathroom.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay at a reasonable price.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the modern amenities provided in the rooms. The staff was amazing and made our stay very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The location was convenient with an easy 10 minute walk to a shopping center and a 6 minute walk to a lovely park.

The noise was a bit bothersome, with construction work starting early in the morning and some noise from the nearby bar. It was also a bit difficult to locate the hotel as the signage was poor, making it hard to find from the street.

Great rooftop terrace to watch the fireworks show from, and clean rooms with comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. the location was ideal for being close to the city center and airport, and the Italian restaurant next door was a nice bonus.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and lacked variety, and the noise level in the rooms was high - other guests and traffic could be heard all night. the transportation arranged by the hotel for New Year's Eve was a complete disaster and left us stranded for over an hour.
